Ingredients

• 2ounce Gin
• 1ounce Lemon-Honey Simple Syrup
• 1ounce fresh lemon juice
• Splash Soda Water

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Garnish with a cucumber slice, mint leaves, and a lemon wedge.

Lemon-Honey Simple Syrup

1. Combine equal parts water and honey with juice from half a lemon in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Cool prior to using in your cocktail.
