At Via Sophia, dishes are made in-house from scratch, using only the freshest of ingredients. This new year-round restaurant will serve dinner nightly and weekend brunch, offering a range of classics and innovative plates to include Arancini, Baked Burrata, Grilled Calamari, Lobster Agnolotti, and Fettuccini Bolognese.
