Ingredients
- 1-1/2oz Tanqueray
- 1oz Aperol
- 1oz Sweet Vermouth
- 4dashes bitters
- Orange twist
Instructions
- Mix the first four ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.
- Do this using a long spoon so that you do not “bruise” or muddle the liquor flavors.
- Strain and pour into chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with orange twist. Makes one drink.
