The team from Earth at Hidden Pond is famous for the wood-fired pizzas they make throughout the summer season.
This Prelude, they will be crafting their pizzas to please the hungry palates at Table in Lower Village, Kennebunk.
Catch them at their off-season, “pop-up” location this coming Friday and Saturday, December 4 & 5, 2015.
Earth is known for specialty pies like pizza with mascarpone, lobster mushrooms, heirloom squash, and aged cheddar, and classic combinations like flatbread with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
Each evening during the first weekend of Prelude in Kennebunkport, a special “late night” menu of pizza and signature Earth snacks will be available from 8:30pm on— perfect timing for your post-prelude party and after the tree-lighting ceremony.
A special bar menu will also be served.
Walk-ins are welcome. No reservations required.
